The back of the seat is a medium-sized storage pouch, but it's not big enough to accommodate a changing bag.

The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use from the time of birth. However, it's recommended that you wait until the child is six months old before using it to run. The harness isn't strong enough to allow a newborn to be held comfortably, so you will need to purchase a separate carrycot.
